"We don't want anyone going away hungry," said Doug Cloud of Tyson Foods at the Extreme Makeover site on Baldy Mountain Road. The company, based out of Springdale, Ark., volunteered their time to feed the crew of more than 300 people who worked on the Hebert home Wednesday.
Cooks Doug Cloud and James Oliver flew out from Springdale on Tuesday, but not before they loaded the 18-foot Tyson barbecue monster grill on a "low boy" 18-wheeler tractor-trailer last Friday. The grill arrived at the site Tuesday.
The men cooked 400 pork chops, 42 beef briskets, and roughly 500 pounds of chicken throughout the day Wednesday.
"We can cook 200 pounds of chicken in one batch on this monster grill," Oliver said.
