The Woodland Branch of the American Association of University Women will host its annual barbecue at R.H. Phillips Winery in Esparto. The winery is located on County Road 12A at CR-87.

The event will be on Saturday, Sept. 23 beginning at 6 p.m. AAUW will supply the charcoal and grill, attendees are asked to being their favorite item to barbecue. AAUW will also supply the rest of the feast, including non-alcoholic beverages, baked beans, salad, bread and dessert. The wine tasting counter will be open for tasting and purchase.

This year's festivities also include, wine tours, silent auction and drawings.
