Benefits and Drawbacks
Jenn-Air gas grills allow you to cook by both methods: direct heat and indirect heat. Also, the meat is always cooked quickly and has a great outdoor grill taste. This is due to the right amount of flare-ups. As for the safety usage, you should know that there is a hole on the left side of the grill to light the burner if the ignition system fails. There is a hole near the rotisserie if the igniter fails to work properly, too. Besides, Jenn-Air grills are endowed with a grease pan which pulls out to clean.
