Most models are designed to be easy (with no tools required) to assemble and use. The cooking system is adapted for direct, indirect but also for convection cooking. The series mentioned above are endowed with an auto-ignite system.

Fiesta grills have upper or lower warming racks in order to provide additional cooking surface for preparing other meals. Porcelain cast iron cooking grids are designed to retain heat for improved grilling or cooking results. Moreover, some Fiesta gas gills have an integrated condiment basket and large weather-resistant side shelves. As for warranty conditions, these are: five years on stainless steel burner system, two years on all other grill components.

Most series have an improved heat distribution system that vaporizes drippings and reduces flare-ups. Besides, some of them offer replacement for lava rock or ceramic briquettes.

As for drawbacks, the porcelain coated cooking grate is prone to chipping. Secondly, rust might appear on the steel frame parts. Besides, not all models come with a propane tank included.
