Special Features

DCS gas grills are, by most accounts, high-end gas grills. They come in four versions: 26", 30", 36" and 48".

They say that when used properly, the grilled meat you get is much juicier. It is supposed that this ability is determined by its improved heat capability for searing.

Pros and Cons

There are a few advantages which make DCS gas grill a high-end grill unit.

Pros

Cons

  • the grates are easy to wrab because of the radiant heat; when you clean them you have to take care. Soap and water, scotch brite are suggested
  • warming rack is rather small
  • flare-ups may be too high so watch them while cooking
  • when you have to turn something in the back you need to put on gloves.
